 In every company, there is one reliable person who brings most results. Naturally, he or she is treated differently. And naturally, some people are jealous and think it is wrong.


So you can moan about injustice as much as you want, but it won't help neither you nor your employer.


The truth is that some employees are irreplaceable and others are not.


 Your aim is to join the first group.
