Is there a correct way to have a fight?

To avoid fighting, it’s important to discuss your problems on time. People forget the details of events, emotions subside, then, suddenly, someone comes along and begins to remember what happened six months ago.

✔️ "Fighting fire with fire"
Words can be compared to a weapon, like a bat. When a person attacks a loved one, he must be ready to get a response, because the other person will defend her/himself.

✔️ "Timeout"
At such moments it's important to give yourself a break — a few minutes alone with yourself.
