Why are women more prone to stress?

  Female's body is more sensitive than male's. Women are essentially unprotected from the emotional and physical effects of stress. ▪️ Women tend to experience life's difficulties in an emotional way, going over and over of life's difficulties in their heads, which leads to emotional overload and stress; ▪️ Girls do not try to fight against stress, choosing to hide it from those around them. Such actions only exacerbate the negative consequences; ▪️ The modern lady is engaged in many social roles: student, partner, etc. This implies a lot of daily tasks, which often leads to mental exhaustion; ▪️ Hormonal and immune disorders caused by some unpleasant circumstances may also cause prolonged stress.

Personal boundaries

  I am going to give you a simple classification of the psychological sovereignty aspects, which you can analyze in order to understand whether your personal boundaries are respected: ▫️ Tactility. Is bodily contact with loved ones always voluntary for you? ▫️ Personal space. Do your loved ones understand that when you're there, you can't be touched? ▫️ Personal items. When you buy something specifically for yourself, does your family always respect it? ▫️ Social connections. Do you have the ability to communicate freely with those who matter to you and not to communicate with people you don't like? ▫️ Values. Do your family members respect your views, even if they differ with their mindsets, or demean them? Answering these questions, it is worth being honest with yourself, no matter how difficult it may be.

Only a grateful person knows what is happiness.

 Let me share a simple technique for living a life of gratitude, which is best done before going to bed. Lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and try to relax your whole body. ▫️Focus on your breathing. ▫️When you feel completely relaxed, imagine that you are on the river bank. ▫️This is the magical River of Gratitude. For some time simply look at this river flowing. Ideally your River should be white with sparkles. ▫️And now you can thank everyone you would like to thank. Turn on your imagination. Just say thank you for what has happened, is happening now, or will happen in your life. ▫️And when you are done, thank the River and yourself for doing this meditation. Try IT! This☝🏻 works GREAT.

Responsibility for YOURSELF

  Don't transfer the burden of responsibility to your parents, bosses, neighbors. Your life is yours and yours only, which means that the responsibility for it is also yours. Your every action, every decision and every thought is reflected in your life. What you have is the result of your own actions. ▫️ State your desires directly. When communicating with people, say right away if you don't like something. There is no need to endure or adjust to their liking in order to be comfortable. ▫️ Don't make excuses. Determine for yourself that you are doing what you think is necessary,, what corresponds to your desires and needs. This is called self-respect. ▫️ Control your behavior. As internal beliefs affect external manifestations, and vice versa. Make sure that your back is always straight, and when talking, you look into the eyes of the interlocutor, and not somewhere else.

How to be motivated to work?

  ✔️ First of all you have to set the right goals, because even the best motivation will not work if you do not clearly understand what you want, or set false goals imposed by society. 👉🏻 For example, money or status. By listening to yourself, you may suddenly find that you actually want to hitchhike or volunteer in Africa, rather than spin like a squirrel in a wheel to satisfy other people's demands. ✔️ So, having set the right goal, we have to flesh it out to make it easier to achieve. If you want to be a businessman, then decide on the particular kind of business you would like to start. Determine your activity, target audience, idea, team, slogan, brand colors, etc. Maybe you want to build a house? What should it look like? How many floors, with or without a garage, basement, sauna, how many rooms?

 She acknowledges her value and does not put price tags on herself . Not a woman who loses weight for a vacation, goes through random exhausting detox marathons on the Internet, but one that simply looks after herself. Always . ▫️ A woman who does not torment herself with jealousy, midnight brainstorming, but simply ends her relationship forever with those who periodically disappear from her life without saying anything. ▫️ A woman who always keeps calm because she knows that she is one of a kind. ▫️ A woman who is always happy because she knows that she has only one life.

Subtle manipulations — how do THEY do it?

  What makes a good manipulator? ▫️The faculty to make themselves agreeable, worm their way into somebody’s confidence, get under the skin. ▫️The manipulator creates an illusion that they are exactly who you need. ▫️They do not offer you anything, they only take. To you it may seem like their “contributions” are very generous and that you will not be able to live without them. Say you have a job but one that does not substitute the absence of love in your life, what will the manipulator do? Of course, create the illusion of love! You have stability, but no freedom? The illusion of freedom, then. You have nothing at all or nearly nothing at all? Do you know the easiest and surest way to manipulate such a person and make him your ardent supporter? Create an ILLUSION of superiority and dominance over others! This strategy has been applied countless of times throughout history in many countries and cultures.

Do you know what's the most important thing to create your own reality?

  There are only two things you need to learn to do well in order to create the reality you want: ▫️ Stop negative thinking . ▫️ Redirect your energy and attention to what you want to create in your reality. ⠀⠀ This is very SIMPLE advice. This skill is easy and enjoyable as well. Just try to use it! ⠀⠀ What if the reality around you really likes to grab your attention and keep it on something you don't like? Don't give in! Change the game and move towards your goal. ⠀⠀ That means to create YOUR OWN reality.

Setting goals THE RIGHT WAY

 A dream is a necessary and stimulating thing in life. But waiting for its realization like manna from heaven is stupid and pointless. The dream should be turned into a GOAL! If you write down your goals on paper, they are more likely to come true. How to set goals properly 👇🏻 ▫️Clearly define your desires and write them down in detail. ▫️Set a clear deadline for implementation ▫️Create a step-by-step plan, prioritizing and phasing tasks. ▫️Start taking action ▫️Practice daily self-reflection to comply with your plan. The New Year is coming 🎄 That means it's time to set goals and start taking action!
